Day of the Dead Can Nicho

My Flex class created a Nicho (shadow box is a simple definition, but there is more to Nichos) dedicated to someone that has passed away.  We used soda cans. The flower Nichos were cut carefully with scissors.  I cut the other standing Nicho to avoid accidents. The students used acrylic paint and other items I got at Cj's Angels. Annette Armas from CJ's Angels showed me how to make them and she was a great help. She is the sweetest person. Thank you. My students had fun learning about Day of the Dead and creating something dedicated to their loved ones.
